You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Logistics and Business Operations (N4) Department of NET SEC ASTFLD ACT.Requirements:
GS-12Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting and applying federal contracting laws and regulations while displaying a comprehension of government contracting policies and procedures of a contracting department; 2) Establishing techniques, regulations, and requirements to develop and maintain a quality assurance program; 3) Performing as a Contracting Officers Representative (COR) while observing, auditing, and reporting on contractor performance, in addition to creating Performance Work Statements (PWS) or Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE); and 4) Displaying effective verbal and written communication skills to read and interpret contract documents, such as performance requirement summaries, quality assurance plans, and inspection reports.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Displaying an understanding of government contracting policies and procedures of a contracting department; 2) Performing as a Contracting Officers Representative (COR) while observing, auditing, and reporting on contractor performance; 3) Creating Performance Work Statements (PWS) or Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE) and managing acquisition-related projects; and 4) Analyzing and interpreting federal contracting policies and procedures.
