Description:
You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the Naval Education and Training Command of NETPDC.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness of acquisition, logistics, and service programs; 2) Developing and/or providing technical clarification relative to requirements in performance work statements, acquisition strategy documents, technical specifications, and other acquisition documentation; 3) Utilizing complex fact-finding, analytical and problem-solving methods and techniques to identify problems and recommend solutions; 4) Identifying inefficiencies and improving program productivity and processes through conducting research, field surveys, and evaluations in order to make decisions/recommendations based an analysis of the data; and 5) Managing the workload and providing technical/administrative guidance to subordinates.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
