SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower broadband NH-02 or equivalent to the next lower grade GS-11 in the Federal Service. Specialized experiences for this position and specific skills and experience desired in a potential candidate are least three years of Special Access Program experience, three years of Special Access Program Personnel Security and three years of Special Access Program Physical Security desired as well as ability to work in high volume, fast pace, multi tasked classified environment, persuade others to accept recommendations, work toward an agreement, and negotiate mutually acceptable solutions, ability to organize work, set priorities, and determine resource requirements; determine goals and strategies to achieve them; coordinate with other organizations; monitor progress, and evaluate outcomes, ability to identify problems and use sound judgment and decisions to generate and evaluate alternatives and make recommendations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of information, industrial, physical and personnel security concepts, principles, and practices to plan and implement security programs in these areas. Knowledge of Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security procedures. Skill in developing, analyzing and evaluating SAP security programs to meet mission requirements and improve the security program for the organization. Ability to establish effective professional working relationships with co-workers and customer, contributing to a cooperative working environment and successful accomplishment of the mission. Ability to plan, organize work, and meet deadlines.
