You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGER (INSPECTOR) in the Housing Program of NAVSTA MAYPORT.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Conducting housing facility inspections and identifying deficiencies;
2) Interpreting, explaining and applying technical requirements and specifications to quality problems encountered in such activities as audits, facility inspections, or investigations;
3) Preparing reports and point papers that include information relative to data collection, analysis and recommendation for action. **NOTE** This information must be supported by your resume in order to be considered for the position.**
