This National Guard position is for a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST (TITLE 32), Position Description Number D2514P01 and is part of the FL 125th FW, National Guard.
Requirements:
AREA OF CONSIDERATION : This position is in the Excepted Federal Civil Service "under the authority of 32 U.S.C. 709" and is open to Category 1: All permanent/indefinite (T32 and T5) technicians employed by the agency Category 3: All current military members of the Florida National Guard; and Category 4: All individuals who qualify for membership in the Florida National Guard and are willing to become T32 Dual Status technicians. First consideration will be given to Category 1.PCS: Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs, MAY be authorized. Authorization for payment of PCS expenses will be granted ONLY after determination is made that payment is in the best interest of the Florida National Guard.

Military Grades: Enlisted E3 thru E5
GENERAL EXPERIENCE : Must have experience collecting and analyzing data; applying procedures and directives by interpreting program material; preparing reports and presentations; delivering formal training presentations or briefings; analyzing problems to identify significant factors, gathering pertinent data, and recognizing solutions; planning and organizing work; and communicating effectively both orally and in writing.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE : GS07 Must have at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-05 level or the equivalent which provides knowledge and/or experience managing funds through fiscal reporting and financial advisory services, to include budget formulation and execution, travel and commercial accounting, military and civilian payrolls, and financial systems applications.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE : GS09- Must have at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-07 level or the equivalent which provides knowledge and/or experience managing funds through fiscal reporting and financial advisory services, to include budget formulation and execution, travel and commercial accounting, military and civilian payrolls, and financial systems applications; experience working with the Financial Management Board and handling highly sensitive military or civilian entitlement issues; competencies in directing financial management policies in support of ANG military organizations and units.
