Description:
This position is located at Dewey's, Morale, Welfare and Recreation Department, Naval Air Station Jacksonville, FL. The purpose of this position is to be assigned duty at Dewey's but may occasionally be temporarily assigned to another venue.

Specialized experience directly related to the duties described above. Qualifying experience must have been equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Must have the ability to lead and train employees.
- Must possess the knowledge of serving procedures and various table settings.
- Incumbent must have knowledge in cash handling and maintaining accurate records.
- Must possess the ability to operate a computerized cash register and operate a calculator. Incumbent must have the ability to meet and deal courteously and tactfully with persons of divergent backgrounds, varying rates/ranks of military, varying levels of civilians and various management levels.
- Must pass the Food Service Sanitation, Alcohol Training and complete Annual Cash Handling training
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer and part time experience. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
