You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PERSONNEL PSYCHOLOGIST/INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST in the EXAM DEVELOPMENT CUI BRANCH (N331) of NETPDC.The President has ordered a government-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the hiring freeze. Although we are moving forward with the consideration of candidates, we will not make a selection for this vacancy announcement unless and until the position is no longer subject to the hiring freeze.
Requirements:
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Evaluating the reliability and validity of examination in order to determine strategies to improve examination processes and procedures, 2) Advising personnel on the concepts of testing procedures, 3) Identifying requirements to support examination development, 4) Developing procedures and methods in developing examinations.
