You will serve as a DEPUTY INSPECTOR GENERAL in the OFFICE OF THE INSPECTOR GENERAL (N00G) of NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service o1) Establishing and interpreting policy on programs to advise headquarters and staff; 2) Directing and conducting inspections, investigations, evaluations, and special reviews; 3) Gathering and analyzing data, reviewing issues to develop sound, logical, and innovative solutions to complex educational and training problems; 4) Demonstrating proficiency in oral and written communication to brief senior leadership; and 5) Overseeing civilian staff to provide technical and administrative guidance (such as performance counseling, discipline and incentives, and professional development.
