12-15 years of experience in SAP HCM Employee Central , US Employee Central Payroll, Integrations with Benefitfocus, Transamerica, Fidelity, ADP Smart Compliance. Not mandatory but Preferably to have exposure in Talent Modules (Recruiting ,Onboarding. Succession & Career Development Planning , Performance and Goal Management and Compensation Management) Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll.
