You will serve as an IT SPECIALIST (SYSANALYSIS/CUSTSPT) in the Program of Record Support Division of INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIVISION N6.The Secretary of Defense has ordered a department-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the DoD hiring freeze. Offers of employment related to this vacancy announcement will not be executed until the position has an approved exemption.
Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Monitoring the progress of Refresh Services to ensure asset data, specifically Service Delivery Date and Asset ID, is received in NMCI Enterprise Tool (NET) and Services achieve reconciled status; 2) Developing and providing training materials to the command for new NET features or existing processes; 3) Providing guidance and training of new or modified NET functions and processes to ensure NET users possess the necessary knowledge and skills required to effectively management NMCI Services in NET; 4) Reporting NET issues/problems of a more serious nature as needed to the NET Helpdesk resulting in either a Change Request (CR) or Deficiency Report (DR) for later consideration for a maintenance or feature release of NET; and 5) Managing the Organization Code table in NET.Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
