You will serve as a Training Instructor (Aviation Rescue Swimmer) in the NAVAL AVIATION SCHOOLS COMMAND.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Direct the content of lesson topic guides, manuals, and visual of Rescue Swimmer vocation aids; 2) Develop inspection criteria of several Rescue Swimmer training sites; 3) Provide content for the development of guidelines and instructions of content, training procedures, evaluation and administration of Rescue Swimmer training programs; 4) Provide accurate content to the design, development, and update of curricula, Pre-Mishap Plans, Emergency Action Plans, and training Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); 5) Ensure compliance among multiple and diverse training sites for the development of inspection checklists and criteria; and 6) Communicate data and information related to curricula, procedures, risk assessments, and training.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
