You will serve as the Deputy Director, Equal Employment Opportunity Officer (DDEEO) in the NETC/CDEEOO of CIVILIAN PERS SUPPORT STAFF.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Executing and evaluating a civilian federal equal employment opportunity (EEO) program to include advising on the application of equal employment opportunity (EEO) program requirements and developing strategic initiatives and recommendations for senior leaders. 2) Utilizing data to conduct in-depth workforce, trend and barrier analysis; 3) Assisting in EEO complaint management to include providing guidance to counselors and oversight of complaint processes; and 4) Briefing and training managers, supervisors, and employees on EEO related topics.
