Requirements:

In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Managing mechanical and/or ability to apply the standard practices of related engineering disciplines as they relate to utilities engineering design; 2) Providing specific knowledge of utility services, rate structures, capital investments related to utility systems, and energy management.
; 3) extensive knowledge of practices, procedures, standards and methods used in office and field engineering work in conjunction with thermal and HVAC systems design operation application and energy use management.; and 4) Providing knowledge of mechanical engineering theory, design parameters and applicable codes and regulation as applied to thermal distribution.
