Job Title: ServiceNow Sr. Administrator!!!!

Location : Miramar, FL (Onsite 4 days a week)

Duration : 6-months CTH

Employment Type: W2 or Self-corp Only

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
  • Lead the implementation of new modules, applications, and enhancements based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define and document technical specifications and workflows.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for ServiceNow administration, including system security, user access, and data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the ServiceNow platform, providing timely support to users.
  • Conduct system upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure the platform is up-to-date and secure.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior administrators and other team members on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow updates, features, and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the organization.

Qualifications And Education

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, with a proven track record of successful implementations and management.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, AJAX).
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified Implementation Specialist)
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration tools and APIs.
  • Knowledge of database management and SQL (MariaDB).
  • Experience with ServiceNow Remote Process Synchronization.
  • Experience with ServiceNow On-Prem instance implementation, management, and troubleshooting.
