Job Details

Mobile Device Management Administrator (MDM) / Technical End User Support.

Must have MDM experience using Intune and or AirWatch.

Advanced experience and technical knowledge of the following required:

o Enabling, administering and supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure services including, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, Office, Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint

o Troubleshooting problems to locate the root cause and appropriate fixes

o Installing, troubleshooting and maintaining computer hardware and software

o Windows and Mac O/S

o Mobile devices - iOS and Android

o Troubleshooting network connectivity

o Experience with ticketing systems
