This National Guard position is for a HR SPEC(TITLE 5), Position Description Number T5825300 and is part of the FL HQ 101 AOG, National Guard.Requirements:
AREA OF CONSIDERATION: This position is in the Excepted Service "under the authority of Title 5, P.L. 114-328, Sections 932 and 1084 (FY17 NDAA)", and is open to current on-board (Tenure 1, 2 and 3) US Federal employees interested in helping the Department of the Air Force meet our mission requirements as a Human Resources Specialist.PCS: Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs, MAY be authorized. Authorization for payment of PCS expenses will be granted ONLY after determination is made that payment is in the best interest of the Florida National Guard.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE : GS09- Must have at least one year experience at the GS-07 level, in the normal line of progression through federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector involving the administering, delivering, maintaining, advising, and adapting basic concepts, principles, and theories of Human Resources to the unique organizational, management, and mission requirements; experiences in executing personnel programs and Human Resources Information Systems, as applicable to the specific position and its position description. Must have knowledge and understanding of the personnel and manpower core competencies: Organization Structure; Requirements Determination; Program Allocation and Control; and, Performance Improvement; working knowledge of organizational structures; manpower standards; manpower resources; manpower data systems; or, commercial services to include strategic sourcing.
