*NOTE: Accessioning into this position is contingent upon verification of Tier 1 Security Clearance.
Supervisor for this position is Mr. Dohner
GENERAL EXPERIENCE : Experiences gained through civilian and/or military technical training schools within the human resources business programs are included as general experience qualifications. Must have a validated understanding of the basic principles and concepts of the occupational series and grade.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE : Application must indicate at least36 months experience in providing advisory services to management, promote the efficiency of the service, train supervisors how to remedy employee deficiencies using both formal and informal methodologies, while simultaneously establishing a constructive workforce. Experience recommending minor modifications to proposed labor management agreements. Experience explaining rules and procedures to employees and managers in order to help them understand the grievance process, appeal rights, and responsibilities.
QUALITY OF EXPERIENCE: Length of time is not of itself qualifying. Candidates' experience should be evaluated on the basis of duties performed rather than strictly on the rank of the individual; however, established compatibility criteria/assignments must be followed. The applicant's record of experience, training, and education must show possession of the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to fully perform the duties of the position to be filled.
