You will serve as a Housing Management Assistant of NAS KEY WEST.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-05) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying housing administration policies, procedures, and regulations for military family housing to counsel prospective and current applicants 2) Setting priorities and responding to inquiries from housing applicants and various agencies to facilitate workload requirements 3) Interpreting applicable state laws to explain rental and lease agreements to housing applicants 4) Preparing housing reports for local management to submit to higher authorities.
