About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the 45 FSS/FSCO at the Outdoor Recreation Programs.
This position requires shift work to provide coverage on days, evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations. Scheduled hours will be 0-40 per week.
Must be able to life and carry objects weighing 50 pounds or more.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience:
Must have progressively responsible experience which demonstrates the ability to satisfactorily perform the mechanical. maintenance and repair functions required in this position. Must have demonstrated proficiency and ability to safely use an assortment of common hand and power tools. Must read write. and speak English and communicate effectively. Must have the ability to read and understand written and oral instructions and ensure completion or assigned tasks. Must be physically able to lift handle and carry objects weighing over 50 pounds and be able to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical examination. Must possess valid Florida driver's license. May be required to work an uncommon tour of duty to include evenings, weekends. and holidays. Must be able to comply with any standby or call-back duty requirements. Must satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI). This is a drug testing designated position. The incumbent is subject to random testing for drug use.
