Description:

You will serve as either a PERSONNEL PSYCHOLOGIST or INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST in the EXAM DEVELOPMENT DIVISION, NAVY ADVANCEMENT CENTER DEPARTMENT of NETPDC.

Requirements:

For the GS-11: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing statistical analysis to study and evaluate the reliability and validity of examination results and assist to formulate recommended changes in development procedures; 2) Conducting occupational and job analyses on position assessment and personnel placement; 3) Applying technical writing and grammar skills to assist in the development of occupational test questions to include writing techniques and methods, industry standards, and trends; 4) Developing in-service training for individual or groups of personnel.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Tracking and updating statistical analysis of examination results; 2) Utilizing knowledge of electronic testing and the administration of electronic exams to support exam bank maintenance and other rating-related issues; 3) Assisting with technical writing and proper grammar in the development of occupational test questions; 4) Preparing and presenting analysis and technical reports to civilian and military leadership
