Requirements:

In addition to the basic education requirements for this position, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as:
  1. Developing studies and forecasts to support utility distribution system planning and budget preparation;
  2. Administering large-scale utility construction projects to ensure compliance with applicable objectives, standards, and requirements;
  3. Applying knowledge of utility services, rate structures, and capital investments related to utility systems, and energy management. to support an organization's utility program;
  4. Providing technical guidance on contract progress and conformance with established plans and specifications.
