About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Manatee Cove Golf Course.

This position includes the opportunity to enroll in Health and Life Insurance, 401K and Retirement, Annual and Sick Leave.

This is a part-time position; guaranteed hours will be 20-34 per week.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

Qualifying Experience:
Requires working knowledge of maintenance equipment and automotive mechanics, skill in the use of a wide variety of equipment repair tools, various types of mechanical repair; knowledge of the theory, care, and operation of internal combustion engines and mowing equipment; ability to diagnose mechanical troubles and determine appropriate maintenance work; ability to communicate effectively and keep business records. In addition, must be able to follow written and/or oral instructions, work orders and specifications related to maintenance of equipment and vehicles. Requires frequent standing, stooping, bending, stretching, crawling under vehicles, and working in tight spaces. Frequently lifts, handles, and carries parts and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds. Requires a valid driver's license.

Condition(s) of Employment: Satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical is required. Most possess an appropriate, valid driver's license as required by local/state law. This is a drug testing designated position. The incumbent is subject to random drug testing for drug use. Successful completion and favorable adjudication of applicable background investigation (Tier I Level) is required. This is a drug testing designated position.
