Duties: These positions are for performing break/fix operations, pc and printer refresh, and troubleshooting. Candidates need 2-3 years working in a hospital environment, use of Service Now, some knowledge of Epic, experience with hand scanners, e-sig pads, tap n-gos, zebra printers, HP printers, iPhones, iPads and excellent communication skills.
