Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues * Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals * Troubleshoot and resolve issues with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications * Assist with system and network administration tasks, including user account management
