Description:
We are looking for an Computer Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily activities of the technical team, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). This position will be Full-Time and Onsite. With employees expected to work onsite 5 days per week, and travel to offsite client offices to resolve IT related issues or to deploy resources(25-40%).
