ObjectiveFDACS seeks to engage a qualified vendor to provide a full-time Application Development Analyst to support the development, maintenance, integration, and enhancement of the Department s Oracle-based financial applications. These systems support key operations including integrations with Florida PALM and the Florida Accounting Information Resource (FLAIR). The selected candidate will supplement OATS staff, ensuring the Department maintains secure, scalable, and compliant financial system
