Experience with Oracle Database development, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Middleware components (e.g., WebLogic Server, Oracle HTTP Server). Experience integrating applications with enterprise financial systems such as Florida PALM and FLAIR. Knowledge of State of Florida accounting practices from a technical implementation
