Duties Include: * Provide real-time support for technical issues including Login/access problems; Campaign visibility errors; System performance issues (e.g., slow or non-responsive computers) * Monitor and respond to live tickets, calls, and escalations across multiple platforms * Troubleshoot and resolve issues via Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, and phone * Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal tea
