Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) managing the full lifecycle of complex technical or scientific projects, including integrating cost, schedule, and performance objectives.2) Experience delivering technical briefings to senior leadership and representing an organization in meetings
3) Applying expert knowledge of Test & Evaluation (T&E) principles to plan and direct complex range, field, or maritime operations.
4) Developing and implementing operational safety plans and ensuring compliance with federal, state, or organizational environmental regulations.
