Description:

You will serve as a FOREIGN MILITARY ASSISTANCE SPECIALIST in the NETSAFA of NET SEC ASTFLD ACT.

Requirements:

GS-12:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting financial pricing and cost analysis laws, regulations, and policies, to include personnel, fiscal and security cooperation guidance and ethical compliance; 2) Developing cost analyst and allocated prices of tuition prices, training curriculum, mobile training, and mobile education teams international training course; 3) Applying financial management to provide strategic pricing framework of costing models, forecasting and billing, and anticipate market shifts POL and the agility to adjust pricing strategies accordingly; 4) Verifying financial reimbursements are submitted, processed successfully, and discrepancies corrected; and 5) Preparing a variety of correspondence, form, reports, briefs, etc. for senior leadership. NOTE: All experience must be fully demonstrated in your resume to be considered for the position.

GS-11:

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Observing and conducting financial cost analysis for business operations; 2) Developing and managing foreign training and education programs, criteria parameters, and course pricing; 3) Verifying financial reimbursements are submitted, processed successfully, and discrepancies corrected; 4) Preparing a variety of correspondence, form, reports, briefs, etc. NOTE: All experience must be fully demonstrated in your resume to be considered for the position.
