You will serve as a INTERDISCIPLINARY COMMUNITY PLANNER/GENERAL ENGINEER/ARCHITECT in the Planning, Design and Construction Directorate of NAV FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND SE.Requirements:
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing support in areas of project determination, facilities planning criteria and facility planning throughout the agency/company (facility types including housing, community support facilities, medical facilities, education/training facilities, maintenance shops, etc).; AND Supporting the production of a variety of project planning and services for facilities sustainment, restoration, modernization, and construction projects; AND assisting in formulating recommendations to decision-makers based on sound economic analysis, identify cost, risk, and opportunities.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
