SUPERVISORY QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST (AIRCRAFT)

Description:

You will serve as a Supervisory Quality Assurance Specialist (Aircraft) in the Complianceand Quality Department of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1) Conduct quality audits and investigations in order to develop sound recommendations for corrections and improvements; 2) Identify needs for changes in priorities and processes and take action to implement changes; 3) Develop and coordinate quality assurance program plans and processes to ensure achievement of quality assurance requirements across organizational lines; 4) Initiate requests for additional resources such as personnel, equipment, supplies, and space to ensure success in meeting goals and objectives; 5) Provide technical advice and assistance on all matters related to quality.
