You will serve as Principal Technical Manager for Mine Warfare and Unmanned Operations at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWCPCD).Requirements:
The applicant is to provide a separate narrative statement which describes fully, but concisely, how his/her experience supports each of the following Mandatory Technical Qualifications. Each technical qualification narrative should not exceed 2 pages . Failure to address these specific qualifications in a separate narrative statement will eliminate you from consideration:TQ 1. Demonstrated technical expertise in Mine Countermeasure programs and systems, including proficiency in system implementation, field deployment strategies, and sustainment to include mine warfare tactics.
TQ 2. Comprehensive experience in unmanned operations and associated programs, coupled with proven ability to apply scientific research methodologies and implement advanced technologies in developing complex systems.
TQ 3. Extensive knowledge in full acquisition life cycle management, emphasizing testing protocols and procedures, technical competency development, and sustaining systems across product lines and mission areas.
