Job Description: Provide Level 3 (SRE) operational support for the Bank s VDI products and services. Support in the recruitment, provision and management of Level 2 and Level 3 global teams to support the Bank s ngVDI 24 x 7 follow-the-sun environment. Manage and run production environments that deliver the Bank s ngVDI products. Maintain and execute all DR activities in support of in scope products.
