In addition to the Basic Educational Requirements for this position , your resume must provide sufficient professional scientific experience equivalent to the next lower grade level of NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) that equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled, such as applying extensive knowledge of theories, concepts, principles, and practices of scientific investigation to manage the research, development, test and evaluation of a diving physiology and engineering program.
