You will serve as an Electronics Mechanic Supervisor I in the FRCSE of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.Requirements:

- Advise and counsel workers on how to improve their performance and explain new work techniques in the electronic mechanic field.
- Trains subordinates in proper work methods, use of equipment, and safe work practices as an electronic mechanic.
- Monitors programs to identify problems such as excessive cost or low productivity, determines causes, and implements corrective actions.
- Resolves workflow problems and takes action to overcome bottlenecks, equipment breakdowns, material shortages and other causes of delay and inefficiency.
- Recommends appropriate changes in procedures and gives advice on the probably effects of changes proposed by others.
