You will serve as a CUSTOMER ADVOCATE in the Customer Advocate Office (0CA) of NAVSURFWARFCTR PANAMA CITY DIVISION.The President has ordered a government-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the hiring freeze. Although we are moving forward with the consideration of candidates, we will not make a selection for this vacancy announcement unless and until the position is no longer subject to the hiring freeze.
Requirements:
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalency), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector . Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: As an Engineer or Scientist managing relationships by aligning technical requirements with workforce capabilities to ensure effective program oversight and execution through systems engineering and program management practices for the strategic support of workload planning, financial integrity, and national-level coordination.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
