HOUSING MANAGER

Description:

You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGER in the HOUSING DEPARTMENT of NAVAL AIR STATION.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

1) Developing management plans concerning the operation of utilization of housing assets, planning, scheduling, and coordinating all major activities for housing projects and facilities; 2) Identifying, organizing, coordinating, and/or monitoring significant and routine maintenance for the facilities for which responsible.
