You will serve as a OFFICE AUTOMATION ASSISTANT in the NAVSAFECOM.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-06) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following:- Demonstrating current proficiency in Corporate Enterprise Training Activity Systems (CeTARS), BUPERS Online, NSIPS, TOPS/CPPA requirements and in SalesForce functions;
- Coordinating work with other offices within the command and being able to recognize the need for such coordination in various circumstances;
- Working knowledge of Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and US Navy and Department of Defense administrative policies;
- Producing finished correspondence, reports, briefs, etc. free of typographical errors using word processing equipment to produce typed material;
- Understanding and working knowledge of the organizational structure, mission, policies and instructions of the Naval Safety Command, and higher headquarters to perform the full range of administrative support duties.
