You will serve as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist in the Personnel Policy & Programs Branch of the Human Capital Management Division located at NAWCTSD ORLANDO.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or NM-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading a team responsible for delivering comprehensive human resources services, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, and compensation management; 2) Developing and executing strategic workforce plans, advising leadership on recruitment options, and proactively communicating progress and challenges; 3) Driving continuous improvement by evaluating HR programs, developing measures for customer satisfaction and program effectiveness, and recommending data-driven solutions to senior leaders; and 4) Providing expert guidance on employment laws and regulations, ensuring consistent application across all HR functions.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
