Key Responsibilities: Manage discovery and document production (including ESI) Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis Draft motions, pleadings, and trial documents File electronically via CM/ECF and Florida e-Filing Portal Assist with trial prep and post-trial filings Requirements: Proficient in MS Office, Relativity
