You will serve as a SUPERVISORY QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST (AIRCRAFT) in the Compliance and Quality Department, Quality Assurance Division of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following duties:1) Setting risk based prioritization of inspections and use various inspection management techniques to access program health, process effectiveness, risks, and corrective actions needed; 2) Understanding of multitude of factors that influence manufacturing process control, advises on best business solutions, and prioritizes efforts for best business results; 3) Collaborating to solve manufacturing, quality, policy, and process issues impacting the quality management system; 4) Evaluating complex systems to advise on root cause and corrective actions for improvement and sustainment of a quality management system compliant to Naval Aviation Maintenance program standards; and 5) Developing and influencing cost effective and sustainable policies by utilizing knowledge of quality assurance and local operations.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
