You will serve as an IT Specialist (PLCYPLN) in the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC), Capital Planning Division of INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIVISION N6.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Oversee all phases of Information Technology (IT) contract acquisition and execution management processes; 2) Develop IT program service contract packages for solicitation and award; 3) Serve as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or Alternate on IT Program contracts; and 4) Manage contractor Common Access Card issuance, reverification, and termination.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
