Description:
You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Navy Medicine Operational Training Command (NMOTC) of NAVMED OPER TRNG CENTER.Requirements:
GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:Experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving budget estimates;
Experience processing budget requests, managing controls, and reporting of obligations and expenditures;
Experience formulating budget and cost estimates to support organizational plans, programs, and activities;
Experience reconciling accounting data, preparing reports, and maintaining documents in electronic files for easy retrieval; and
Experience using automated systems such as financial systems and platforms, management information systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, etc.) to extract information.
GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience using automated systems such as financial and management information systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Access to extract information, compile and consolidate data;
Experience assisting in the preparation of financial reports, budget formulations and estimates;
Experience maintaining documents in electronic files for easy retrieval; and
Experience performing administrative work in connection with accounting systems.
