You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT in the Supply Management Department of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR JACKSONVILLE.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-06) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing as a Management Assistant. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing, allocating, and monitoring financial resources in compliance with laws, regulations, and policies; 2) Preparing and submitting manpower reports and data calls and providing recommendations to management in identifying and developing improvements to manpower processes and work methods; 3) Analyzing data for correctness and trends; 4) Monitoring and executing the operating budget to assure that funds are properly received, allocated, obligated, and disbursed; and 5) Utilizing computer programs such as Navy Enterprise Resource Program (N-ERP), Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint, and Web Applications such as Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), HR Tracker (RPAs), and Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
