Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of SPECIALIZED experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience with the social sciences as related to integrated prevention programs to evaluate, consult and advise in a variety of settings, thereby promoting a healthy and resilient climate toward the prevention of destructive/problematic behaviors to include suicide, sexual harassment/assault, substance misuse, and family/interpersonal/workplace violence.
- Experience that demonstrates the ability to appropriately identify, implement and evaluate prevention methodologies.
- Experience in identifying needs, trends and performance measures to evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
