Description Advanced knowledge of managing workstation, laptops and handheld tablet devices. Resource should be able to leverage toolsets for workstation image, application packaging, and patch management for workstations. This position will be 100% onsite however, the work will be 50/50 hands-on breakfix and imaging vs remote desktop support. Focused primarily on incident and project based. We have a request team specifically focused on hardware, but if any request came in it's mostly software
