Description:

You will serve as a PROFESSIONAL AFFAIRS CLERK in the Centralized Credentials Review and Privileging Department of NAVMEDSUP DET JACKSONVILLE FL.

SALARY RANGE:
GS-06: $44,959-$58,445
GS-07: $49,960-$64,952

Requirements:

FOR THE GS-07:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
  • Experience establishing and maintaining Individual Professional Files (IDF) or Individual credentialing files (ICF) in correct format and order;
  • Experience managing the medical credentialing review and clinical privileging recommendations process;
  • Experience applying credentialing techniques and procedures to plan and complete assignments or programs;
  • Experience receiving, reviewing, initiating actions, and providing guidance on completion of provider's applications for clinical privilege/staff appointments.
FOR THE GS-06 :
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
  • Experience maintaining records and documents, which represent an organization;
  • Experience answering questions relating to credentialing reviews and privileging processes;
  • Experience updating internal files for the organization;
  • Experience developing detailed procedures and functions to enter and print data in various formats to meet reporting requirements.
