You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST (HR LIASON) in the Human Resources Department of NMRTC JACKSONVILLE FL.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:- Experience using Microsoft applications and various manpower databases such as Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS}, Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS), or similar systems to manage personnel actions and information.
- Experience in utilizing concepts of position management to assess progress and improve the effectiveness of the workforce and civilian personnel programs.
- Experience with analytical and evaluative methods sufficient to interpret manpower directives, policies and procedures and skill in researching laws, directives, regulations, legislation, or other pertinent material to plan and forecast manpower requirements, billets and staffing.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
