This position is located in Gulf Islands National Seashore, in the Facility Maintenance Division.This job announcement is open to receive applications from the first 100 applicants. Requirements:
SELECTIVE FACTOR: This position performs water treatment duties, and a current Florida Water Operator Class C License is required. Candidates who do not meet this requirement by close of this announcement will receive no further consideration for this position.To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors:
- Ability To Do The Work Of The Position Without More Than Normal Supervision (SCREEN OUT)
- Ability To Interpret Instructions, Specification, etc. (includes blueprints reading)
- Ability To Use and Maintain Tools and Equipment
- Knowledge of Equipment Assembly, Installation Repair, etc.
- Knowledge of materials
- Technical Practices (theoretical precise, artistic)
- Use of Measuring Instruments
